First the cook take in half of onion, one carrot, and for 4 people 0,5 kg of rice.

Then prepare all this ingredients consequently. Cut the onion to the saucepan with a little of olive oil. Next grate the carrot and also put in the saucepan.

After that turn on the cooker and let the onion and the carrot get some color.

Next put the rice and mixed a little, put the cooker in the minimum and add +/- 1l of water.

After that you add salt.

Finally let cook for 30 minutes and eat.

In my opinion a video game is a vehicle to the people reach the freedom. A psychological and physical unlimited freedom. Why? So...

People live a life normally such restricted and the games are the way to people get this freedom. Young people sometimes want to "kill" his teacher during class. But they know that cant do this and they come home and release their anger in a violent videogame. This applies in some way to everyone that plays games.

People who the dreams that not come true search in the videogames a way to realize their dreams, for example flying, playing football in a stadium, be a star, be a hero,, be a insightful captain, be someone.

In conclusion I think that like everything in life has to be balanced. Dreams are good and in my opinion videogames is a species of dreams/freedom but we must keep our feet on the ground to don´t lose the reality.

Hello!! My name is Ricardo Rafael Barbosa Rodrigues. I´m twenty-years-old, I was born at 13th October 1988 in a little village in Switzerland, inside the heart of the mountains, his name is Kandersteg.

I study in the University of Tras os Montes e Alto Douro in communication and multimedia. I choose this course because I like webdesign, digital art, video editing, photography and this course is the opportunity to realize my dream. But for I conquer the dream, I have to be the best.

I love music. In times I had a band of music, a rock band, but now I simply hear music. Sincerely I like all kind of music, exception of dark metal and death metal. I have favorite bands, internationals like “The Killers”, “Muse” “Linkin Park”, “Keane” … nacionals I like “Rui Veloso”, “Madredeus”, “Teresa Salgueiro”, “Deolinda” “Tiago Bettencourt”, “Rodrigo Leão”… and recently the project “Hoje” with the album “Amália Hoje” amazing.
But my bands of election, the band of the bands for me are the U2. His message in the lyrics is awesome an authentically phenomenon.

I also like very much too cook, my father and my mother are both cooks of profession, especially not for me but for see the others eating with satisfaction.

I practice sport, kickboxing, now with the university I stopped. But soon as possible I come back.
